People from all walks of life become involved with surf life saving.

Surf life saving is a movement built on volunteers who love giving back to their community, who are looking for fun, fitness and new challenges.

There are a number of ways you can get involved with surf life saving, not all of which involve donning the red and yellow. You could be an official, athlete, coach, fundraiser, junior activities supervisor, trainer and assessor, rescue boat driver, radio operator, committee member, or BBQ chef extraordinaire!

You don’t have to be a 6-footer. You don’t have to get up every morning and train. You don’t even have to get your toes wet.

We depend on volunteers to keep our organisation running smoothly. If you can spare some time we’d love to have you on board!
